His passion for muay thai, boxing, and changing members' lives has made Coach Isaac a huge contributor to the success of Fit Theorem White Rock over the last 4 years.

As our Fitness Director, he is responsible for ensuring the quality of every class experience and consistently improving our group fitness program!

Coach Melissa Holetzeck

Finding confidence and personal empowerment in muay thai inspired Coach Melissa to use her leadership experience to embark on a career in studio management!

When she's not throwing the meanest kicks on the mat or leading our FITT Fighter program, Melissa is busy being the administrative mastermind behind the scenes. As Operations Manager, she keeps the train on the tracks for the coaches and community, ensuring a positive studio experience.

Coach Allan Rainey

After a personal journey losing nearly 100 pounds while teaching high school science, Coach Allan found the second chapter of his career in the Fit Theorem White Rock classroom!

A love for science gives Allan a data-driven approach to achieving results, and a love for his family inspires him to stay active. As a Transformation Coach, he aims to empower clients with the tools to succeed and thrive for the long term, extending not just their lifespan but also their PLAY-span!

A talented and accomplished artist, Kat brings a detailed approach to client results and an appreciation for our Flow fitness element. As a Transformation Coach, she guides clients to their goals while emphasizing the importance of positive mental health and practicing self compassion.

Coach Taquicia Titus

Seeking a healthier lifestyle and a positive community, Coach Taquicia started at Fit Theorem White Rock as a challenger and discovered her new path forward as a Wellness Coach!

Not one to delay her goals, Taquicia began developing her knowledge and skills as a Wellness Coach with certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Behavior Change. She is currently pursuing her Pilates certification and looks forward to adding classes to our community soon!

With more than a decade of experience in personal training education and talent development, Coach Jess loves problem solving and sharing knowledge with her clients!

As our Transformation Leader, she brings empathy and passion, along with specialties in holistic nutrition and corrective exercise, to support our coaching team and get results.
